All our products are accompanied with 30 days warranty period.  To return an unopened item within 30 days, a refund will be issued less 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.  After 30 days the restocking fee will be: New 30%-50%, Compatible 10%-30% depending on the condition of the merchandise. The packaging must be in excellent condition & must be wrapped up before returning it.  
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange/return it within 30 days, but the box/cartridge has already been opened, the restocking fee on that is: New 30%-50% Compatible 10%-30% depending on the condition of the merchandise.
